Classic G.I. JOE Stories To Be Reprinted in Special ‘Hama Files Editions’
Skybound and Image Comics announced, in partnership with Hasbro, the Hama Files Editions, a reprinting of iconic issues of G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero from legendary writer Larry Hama. The special reprints will include new insights, as well new letters accompanying each issue, from the longtime JOE scribe.
"Each issue of the Hama Files reprints an essential issue of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero,” said Alex Antone, Editorial Director at Skybound. “And inside each issue, a letter from the legendary Larry Hama, adds fresh insight and perspective to these all-time classic comics. Kicking things off on November 26th will be a reprint of G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero #26 — where the origins of Snake-Eyes was finally revealed. Hama was joined on the issue by inker Steve Leialoha and colorist George Roussos.
