Crystal Ball Has Horrifying Plans for Both Sides in First Look at ‘G.I. Joe’ #22

Skybound, Image Comics, and Hasbro shared preview pages and variant cover details for G.I. Joe #22, from writer Joshua Williamson and artist Andrea Milana, with colors by Lee Loughridge and letters by Rus Wooton.

Following the conclusion of the Dreadnok War, the Joes and Cobra find themselves in a race to locate Energon deposits scattered across the globe. The wildcard in all of it is Crystal Ball, whose agenda puts both sides firmly in his crosshairs.

G.I. Joe #22 is on sale May 20th with a main cover by Tom Reilly, additional open-to-order covers by Joshua Cassara and Romulo Fajardo Jr. and Ben Oliver, and incentive variants by Tonči Zonjić and Milana.
