Doctor Strange Explores Being Sorcerer Supreme of Asgard in New Ongoing

Asgard might be without Thor, but they’ve gained a new Sorcerer Supreme and Stephen Strange will explore what it means to be the Sorcerer Supreme of Asgard in the new Doctor Strange ongoing series from writer Derek Landy and artist Ivan Fiorelli launching in December. While he’ll be experimenting with his new powers, he’ll also team up with a returning fan-favorite character — Angela!
“You might think that Stephen Strange is on firmer ground now that he's become Sorcerer Supreme of Asgard, but he's about to be shoved face first into dangerous new territory, and his only guide is the baddest Angel of them all — Angela!” Landy shared.
Fan’s can get a first look at Doctor Strange’s new look, designed by Geoff Shaw, in a prelude story from Landy and Fiorelli, featured in September’s Doctor Strange #450 one-shot.
