First Look: Chip Zdarsky’s Run Ends in DAREDEVIL #14

With Saladin Ahmed and Aaron Kuder’s new series kicking off in September, next week’s DAREDEVIL #14 marks the end of Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto’s stellar run on the Matt Murdock series. The issue will hit shelves on August 16th, but keep scrolling for Marvel’s synopsis of the final chapter, a look at the cover art & a preview of the issue!

Speaking to Marvel earlier this year, Zdarsky reflected on his time writing Daredevil, “Working with Marco [Checchetto], honestly, and Matt Wilson on colors. It was such a joy having those pages come in almost every day. It feels like the right time to leave. You know, when you finish the story, it's kind of when you should get off the stage. But it's my longest run on anything in comics, and it will probably end up being my longest running anything in comics because of the kind of character that you just want to hold onto for as long as you can."
