With the success of Spider-Boy’s debut this year leading to his own series coming out this November, Marvel is turning the sidekick dial all the way up. The publisher announced twenty-two — yes, TWENTY-TWO — new sidekicks will debut as part of the New Champions variant cover series throughout October. These variants will grace issues of previously announced series, though Marvel’s announcement does note that more information about these new characters will be made released in the future.
