Cap’s current 'Cold War’ story arc will wrap up in this one-shot finale.
Up to this point, the story arc followed Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson as they investigated a new threat emerging from the shadows led by a mysterious group known as the Inner Circle, which was believed to be tied to the Cold War.
As Steve and Sam investigate, they learn that the Inner Circle was planning to unleash a powerful weapon that could change the course of history. The two Captains raced against time to stop the Inner Circle and prevent the weapon from being used.
