While Void Rivals #1 teased audiences with an initial introduction, three new series will help launch the Energon Universe later this year:

  • In October, an all-new era for the beloved Transformers franchise will kick off with Transformers #1 from renowned artist and writer Daniel Warren Johnson. The series will follow Optimus Prime and the Autobots as they find themselves in an uncertain situation on Cybertron.

  • In December, Duke #1 uncovers the untold origins of G.I. Joe and Cobra. Written by Joshua Williamson and illustrated by Tom Reilly, this series will dive into a world grappling with the arrival of the Autobots and Decepticons.

  • And lastly, Cobra Commander #1 will launch in January 2024 written by Joshua Williamson and illustrated by Andrea Milana. The series will take readers into a world where Cobra doesn't exist.
