DC Reveals New Series OUTSIDERS During Gotham Panel at SDCC

During the Gotham-focused panel that covered a whole host of Batman-related topics, Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing revealed their new series, OUTSIDERS, which will follow Batwoman and Luke Fox/Batwing. The series will debut in November and follow-up on the Gotham War arc which begins this September.
