First Look: ‘Blood & Thunder’ Puts Its Hero Behind Bars in Issue #13

Skybound and Image Comics shared a first look at interior pages and variant cover details for Blood & Thunder #13, which kicks off a brand-new story arc on May 13th from writer Benito Cereno, artist E.J. Su, colorist MSassyk, letterer Rus Wooton, and co-creator Robert Kirkman. The issue’s main cover is by E.J. Su and Dee Cunniffe, with additional covers by Nick Roche and Josh Burcham, and incentive variants by Karen S. Darboe and Pete Woods.

The new arc picks up with bounty hunter Akeldama "Blood" Bledsoe in the last place anyone expected her: prison. Separated from her talking gun Thunder and desperate to turn the odds in her favor, Blood will need to find new allies fast.
