Marvel Teases “Knights End” Event Beginning In Moon Knight #25

Moon Knight #25 Teaser | Marvel Comics

Ahead of the current run of Moon Knight’s milestone 25th issue releasing July 12th of this year, today Marvel announced the “Knights End” event kicking off with Moon Knight #25. While the ominously named event hasn’t officially been teased as the end for Moon Knight himself, this volume may be reaching it’s conclusion with Jed MacKay launching the new Avengers series last month.

The upcoming issue will be an “oversized epic” and feature the artwork of Alessandro Cappuccio, Alessandro Vitti, and Partha Pratim.

Perhaps most importantly, the issue will also mark the comic book debut of Layla El-Faouly’s Scarlet Scarab! Layla was last (and first) seen played by May Calamawy in the Disney+ Moon Knight series alongside Oscar Isaac’s Marc Spector/Moon Knight. After Moon Knight #25, Layla’s Scarlet Scarab will get her own miniseries in Moon Knight: City of the Dead.

But back to Moon Knight and the “Knight’s End” storyline, what do you think is waiting for our hero? Will this be the end of the series or something more dramatic? Let me know what you think in the comments!
