Symbie, Marvel’s Cutest Symbiote, Gets His Own Print Comic
Marvel announced It's Symbie #1, a one-shot collecting the breakout character's entire Marvel Comics history in a single issue. Written by Jacob Chabot, MacKenzie Cadenhead, and Joe Kelly, with art by Chabot, Enid Balám, and Pepe Larraz, the issue brings together Symbie's hit Infinity Comic run, his appearances in the Marvel Mutts Infinity Comic, and his original debut from Amazing Spider-Man #11 by Kelly and Larraz.
A tiny symbiote without a host, Symbie has been causing cheerful chaos across the Marvel Universe ever since Spider-Man freed him from a mad scientist's lab. The collected stories find him setting his sights on the Fantastic Four, Thor, Scarlet Witch, Iron Man, Captain America, and the Marvel Mutts. Symbie is also set to appear in the next season of Marvel's Spidey and His Amazing Friends on Disney Jr.
It's Symbie #1 is on sale July 8th with covers by Chabot and Sergio Dávila.
