First Look: Darak and Solila Run for Their Lives in ‘Void Rivals’ #32
Skybound and Image Comics, in collaboration with Hasbro, revealed interior pages and the variant cover lineup for Void Rivals #32, from writer Robert Kirkman, artist Conor Hughes, colorist Patricio Delpeche, and letterer Rus Wooton.
With the Quintesson war behind them, Darak and Solila are on the run and stranded together as threats close in from every direction.
Void Rivals #32 is on sale at comic shops and digital platforms on July 22, 2026, for $3.99. The issue carries a main cover by co-creator Lorenzo De Felici and open-to-order variants by Conor Hughes and the team of Iban Coello and Adriano Lucas. The incentive covers include a 1:25 by Andrea Sorrentino and a 1:50 by the Ice Cream Man duo of Martín Morazzo and Chris O'Halloran.
Void Rivals sits at the center of the Energon Universe, the Hasbro and Skybound collaboration that rebuilt the TRANSFORMERS and G.I. JOE franchises in a single shared comic book setting. The other ongoing Energon Universe titles are TRANSFORMERS by Robert Kirkman, Jason Howard, and Mike Spicer, G.I. JOE by Joshua Williamson, Andrea Milana, and Lee Loughridge, and the line's fourth title, M.A.S.K. by Dan Watters, Pye Parr, and Pierluigi Casolino.
